- I place this in the 10-29 vanity/narrow band at 21. 大模型 is the standard Chinese term for large AI models and sits at the center of China's AI boom, so awareness of the string is genuinely high; by analogy with .ai, an AI-charged string can attract a registration wave. But by analogy with existing Chinese-script IDN TLDs (.在线, .网络, .公司 and similar), Chinese-script endings have not become primary identities — Chinese businesses, including the leading model labs, overwhelmingly brand on ASCII domains, and IDN suffixes suffer typing friction, mixed software support, and regulatory hurdles for hosted use in mainland China (qualitative, from general IDN adoption dynamics). It is not in the 30-49 band because sustained volume registration and any meaningful aftermarket are unlikely without heavy promotion, and it is not in the 1-9 band because the term's cultural salience makes some defensive, marketing, and speculative demand realistic over the next 5 years.
