how to read these numbers

Domains
Names under management at month end, as the registry reported it. Includes names in grace periods, so it runs above a zone-file count.
Net adds, deletes, renewals
Reported in the month the grace window closes, not the month the transaction happened. A name added on the 30th shows up next month.
Registrars with volume
Accreditations holding at least one name in the month. Registry-internal accounts are excluded.
Registries with volume
Operators with domains under management in the month, gTLD and ccTLD alike.
