By analogy with earlier Chinese-script IDN TLDs (.公司, .网络, .在线 and similar), registration volume where it appeared was largely promotion-driven or defensive, and sustained primary-identity use stayed thin; that is an analogy, as I have no figures. Chinese charging brands are discovered through maps, super-app mini-programs, and QR flows rather than typed domains, which weakens end-use utility for exactly the best-fit buyer.
